Returns & Refund Policy

At Glitter Exclusive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item within 14 working days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

Please ensure that:

• The product is unused and in its original packaging

• All tags, seals, or protective films are intact

• The item is returned with a valid order reference number

Before sending anything back, please contact our support team at info@glitterexclusive.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid return label by email.

You can drop off the parcel at any USPS location or authorized return center listed in the return instructions. Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the parcel is handed over to the postal carrier safely.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund promptly to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

• Returns received after 14 working days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
